PASTURE RAISED PORK
We raise the heritage breed of Red Wattle Pigs; a slow growing, threatened species that was almost extinct as very few farms were raising them because of the extra time and money it takes to tend to them.

We specifically sought out to raise this breed of hog because of their gentle nature, excellent foraging skills and their yields of the most flavorful and succulent pork, sustainably-raised and offered to you. Because of small family run farms like ours, and customers like you who are seeking farm-to-table, non-GMO, anti-biotic and steroid free, pasture raised meat options, this species is rebounding in numbers with thousands now registered in North America.
