  • Where are you located?
    Our farm is located at 583 Poonamalie Side Road Smiths Falls, Ontario, Canada
  • How can I place an order?
    Most of our products can be ordered online, over the phone, or in person at the farm. Visit out PRODUCT pages and select your desired product to see what ordering options are available for that specific item.
  • Do you ship products?
    Yes we are able to ship certain items within Canada, non-perishable products (ex. soap, wool, hand crafted items...) can be shipped at the buyers expense. Unfortunately, the postal service has raised their rates, and we can no longer support flat shipping rates for soap or other items. Please contact us and we will provide you a shipping quote. If you accept the quote, we will ship as quickly as we can.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes. All of our products can be purchased and picked up directly at our farm-gate store, our hours are 9am-5pm, weekdays. Although we try our very best to maintain these hours, it's best to call or email ahead, as a family farm there are occasions when cirmcumstances make it impossible to ensure someone is always here.
  • Are your products organic?
    We are NOT a certified organic farm, but all of our land and gardens are pesticide and chemical free and our animals are all raised on clean pastures, antibiotic and hormone free. We are dedicated to raising heritage breeds and growing non-GMO heritage produce to provide you with the best, most natural options.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept, Mastercard, Visa (through Square), e-transfers and paypal for online orders, as well as Credit card/Debit (tap) and cash for purchases at the farm gate.
  • Can I buy your eggs or poultry products at local farmer's markets?
    Sorry, no. Ontario law prevents farms without a "quota" to sell, deliver, market, etc eggs, chickens, turkeys or other poultry products anywhere but here at the farm. If you wish to buy any of these products, feel free to contact us for availabilty and pick up here at farm.
