Red Wattle Hogs are a rare breed of heritage pig originating here in North America. They produce a well marbled, flavourful meat.
Our pigs are raised all year out in the pasture, free of antibiotics and growth hormones.
 
Whole hog is approximately 182lb of pork! Fill your freezer!
 
Generally a whole hog will produce:
  8- 4lbs smoked hams
20lbs- smoked bacon
6lbs- spare ribs
4lbs- riblets
24lbs- ground pork
32lbs - pork chops
4- shoulder roasts
4- butt roasts
