SHIPPING  & DELIVERY

Hi everyone! We have a variety of products here at the farm, some of which can be shipped, and some of which need to be picked up here at the farm due to provincial regulations (these include free range eggs, and any poultry products). It makes things more complicated than they need to be, but we'll try and make the process as simple as possible.

SHIPPING

      Canada Post has raised shipping rates and we will no longer be able to support $10 flat rate shipping for Goat Milk Soap or other products. 

If you need products shipped, please contact us by phone, email, text, or through the contact forms on the website for a quote. Cost will be based on size and weight.

      For meat packages, due to the weight and requirement to ship quickly so it remains frozen, it is highly likely that any shipping option would be very costly. Realistically, the only option is pickup or delivery.

DELIVERY

      If you live in the Ottawa Valley (Smiths Falls, Perth, Merrickville, Carleton Place, Kanata, Stittsville, as far as Ottawa) there may be delivery options available for a small fee. We cannot guarantee the service as there are times of the year on the farm (lambing) when it is simply impossible. We'll do our best though.

We always offer free delivery on our farm crates (and any additional items you order at the same time as your crates) if you live within 30 minutes of the farm by Google Maps. Outside of that radius, please contact us for a delivery quote.

HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER WHEN CHOOSING A DELIVERY OR SHIPPING OPTION

Because the delivery/shipping options vary with distance it is impossible for us to set up all the options on the website. If you wish to purchase any products (other than farm crates within 30 min of the farm) please contact us separately for a quote. There are a couple of options available for payment; choose the option that works best for you.

Option 1 - We prepare an invoice which we send to you. It will have the total cost including delivery and a tab that you can click to make payment. You then make the payment through the website as per normal. This is the only option if choosing a "shipping" option.

Option 2 - Pay for the order as per normal on the website but pay for the quoted delivery charge upon delivery to your door. We have tap/debit/credit card available at the door, and we take cash too.
